My love for food began early in life, as I was always eager to explore new flavors and ingredients. Year after year, I found myself returning to Italy, where the vibrant cuisine captivated me more with each visit. The simplicity and authenticity of Italian food truly sparked a deep appreciation for its beauty.
When I moved out on my own, I quickly realized that to enjoy great food consistently, I needed to master the art of cooking myself. From then on, I dedicated myself to learning how to prepare dishes that celebrate the ingredients, just as Italians do. Meet Sander
My enthusiasm for food started at a young age. Growing up, we would travel to Italy and explore the extraordinary food markets with their unique and simple ingredients. What fascinated me most was how Italians can create more with less, letting the ingredients be the star of the dish and speak for themselves. That’s when my passion for food was born.
